Far West Rides - Port Aventura Park
Stampida
Experience an incredible adventure on board an impressive wooden rollercoaster where you will compete to be the first to finish a route of almost a kilometre of up- and down-hills at breakneck speed.
Can you deal with the Stampida?
Gran Canyon Rapids
Only those who have travelled the rapids of the Colorado River can say that they have experienced the true adventure of the American West.
Cross waterfalls, feel the strong current and ride the crests of the waves. Have fun with the wildest white-water rafting, following the route marked out by the impressive cliffs of the Grand Canyon.
Penitence Station
A train is setting off from Penitence station, heading for Mediterrània.
The bell rings and an authentic steam train, like those that united the American East and West on the 10th of May 1869, starts warming up its engines. Its distinctive sound takes us back to a past that was full of adventures.
Laberinto BlackSmith
Experience an incredible adventure on board an impressive wooden rollercoaster where you will compete to be the first to finish a route of almost a kilometre of up- and down-hills at breakneck speed.
Can you deal with the Stampida?
Tomahawk
The Native Americans had the right idea. Just by saying its name, the ancestral war hatchet commands great respect from those who dare to face up to it.
Perhaps this is why this wooden rollercoaster has been given the same name: Tomahawk.
Its action-packed ups and downs are a major challenge, which will put the bravest children's courage to the test.
Carrousel
The classics never die. Like this carousel of Penitence.
An authentic carousel that harks back to the American festive motifs of the 19th century and that is a favourite for young and old.
You choose, horse or cart?
Silver River Flume
Before reaching the sawmill of Penitence, the trunks cut from the woods have a long journey down the river.
Even the bravest say that climbing aboard one of them is one of the most exciting challenges of the Far West. A journey full of uphills, downhills and sharp bends, where you never know what surprises the current has in store for you.
Buffalo Rodeo
It's time to get on your buffalo, cowboy. In the Far West, you're never too young to learn the art of the rodeo.
Remember: in this rodeo, it's everyone for himself. Dodge the charges of the other competitors. Ride 'em, cowboy!
Wild Buffalos
In the Far West, there is only one law: survival of the fittest. Now is the time to prove it.
A herd of mad buffalo runs in all directions, becoming a furious stampede.
Use your cowboy skills to clear a path and escape the madness.
Crazy Barrels
In the Far West, you have to make the most of everything.
For a bit of fun, the inhabitants of Penitence have built a crazy attraction with a few old barrels and the remains of an old, abandoned mine.
Maybe you'll be daring enough to have a go, but just a small warning: they're better buffalo hunters than they are engineers.
Volpaiute
A native American legend tells that the Great Bird appeared to Mató Tope, a member of the Paiute tribe, to instruct him in the art of fire.
That same night, the tribe cooked an enormous lamb and sang and danced around the fire for all the nights to come.
Join in the festivities and prepare to spin endlessly to the rhythm of the Paiute drums.
